With the parish growing larger and larger - we want to try and make it smaller, namely through Small Christian Communities. Small Christian Communities are where members of our community get together to live the joy of the Gospel, grow in their faith and prayer, develop lifelong friendships and a stronger sense of community.
These small groups of about 10 adults are the ideal place to welcome a family or parishioner who is new to our community at Saint Faustina, or someone who has been around for a while but is looking to grow deeper in their relationship with the Lord with a solid peer group.
Small Christian Communities begins with a core program called "The Search", which will be hosted on campus and last for seven weeks. From there, our hope is that you will continue to meet with your group or foster a small group of your own at work, in your community, or wherever you feel called to build up a small christian community.
After the conclusion of "The Search", each small group will be given instructions for the next study - which will be hosted in your home (or the home of a group member), at your favorite restaurant or coffee shop, online via Zoom or Meetings, or whatever the group decides will work best for them. When gathering, we recommend the small group try and meet once a week for a couple of hours.
