Join us on Thursday, April 24, at 6:00 PM in the Community & Education Center for a talk about navigating the teenage years hosted by St. Faustina MOMs group.
Ellen Morris is a certified Peaceful Parenting Coach passionate about empowering families to build stronger connections. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas with advanced degrees in Psychology and Applied Sport and Performance Psychology, Ellen draws inspiration from her close-knit family and the mentorship of Dr. Laura Markham. With a background in coaching and a heart for helping parents navigate challenges, she focuses on teaching self-regulation and fostering meaningful relationships, especially during the teenage years. When she's not working, Ellen enjoys creating art, leading Bible studies, and playing volleyball at her home parish, St. Anne’s.
Ellen will share strategies for navigating the teenage years, enhancing connection through empathy, managing rudeness and opposition, and establishing success-oriented routines. This event is open to all adults interested in parenting insights (nursing babies welcome).
