Laborers for Jesus (Church Cleaning) Ministry

Do you appreciate the sparkle of a clean house?  Have you ever wondered, with all that goes on in our house of worship, how the area stays so clean?  Have you ever used a broom or dust rag around your home?  Congratulations!  You have all the experience necessary to join the Laborers for Jesus ministry.

Our commitment to service in this ministry was born through a Small Christian Community meeting in 2017. At that  meeting we meditated on the theme of Building Again and Psalm 127:1 “If the Lord does not build the house, in vain the masons work."  And the rest as they say is history……the Laborers for Jesus ministry came to life!

The mission of our ministry is to give God’s house a humble work of cleanliness and to care for our church family, while maintaining the respect and decorum necessary in our home of prayer, all the while keeping our hearts focused on the eternal purity of what is the Love of our Father with his children.

 St. Faustina Catholic Church is the home for the whole family of God, and is built to fulfill the mission of Christ and the Holy Spirit.  Please consider joining our community of disciples that maintains its cleanliness and overall appearance, an attribute that shapes our sacramental experience in our acts, faith and worship.

We dust and clean every Friday at 10:00 a.m.  No experience needed.  All are welcome to come any Friday morning.
