Volunteer at the Festival

To grow our event and offer all the activities we have planned, we are in need of over 150 volunteers at the Festival to staff our game booths, maintain the area, and work the auction.

If you are interested in helping work the Festival and are an adult parishioner of St. Faustina, we have two ways for you to get involved:

Staff a Game Booth for the Day

• Do you have a group of family or friends that would like to help out? Make a fun day of volunteering at the Festival by staffing a game booth for the full day (9:30a - 4p, arrive by 9a). With this option, you put a group together to staff the booth. It takes about 3 - 6 adults working 2 hour shifts, but you can have more or less depending on how long each person wants to work. You simply commit to having at least one adult at the booth at all times.

Volunteer for a Game Booth Shift

• If you are an adult parishioner and would like to work a scheduled shift (approximately 2 hours) at a game booth, please complete the form below. We will enter your information in our database and reach out with a sign-up sheet during the second half of August. You will be able to sign-up for a volunteer slot through the online system we send to you.

We will ask volunteers to attend an informational session in September so you know how to help when you arrive at the Festival. Date and time TBD.

For teens wishing to volunteer, we will be reaching out through our registered youth groups closer to the event.
